Aqua Aerobics - a low-impact functional movement class is performed in shallow water and is designed to improve joint stability, coordination/balance, heart health, and strength. The class will incorporate cardio and strength using the resistance of the water.
45 minute class w an additional/optional 15 minute Ai Chi/Stretch segment.
Wear swimwear. Bring a towel and a water bottle. Water shoes are optional.

Ai Chi & Yoga Class - Ai Chi is a graceful form of aquatic exercise that involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner using deep breathing to relaxing music. It combines Tai Chi and Qi Gong concepts of positioning and controlled motion, carried out while standing in shoulder-deep warm water.
Aqua Yoga is practicing yoga in the water. The water allows for bouyancy and support while toning muscles for balance. Aqua Yoga also includes the relaxing element of water.
This class can increase oxygen consumption, relax tension, relieve stress, and improve mobility, strength and balance.

Wear swimwear and bring a towel and a water bottle. Water shoes are optinoal.
